TeleNav has released its TeleNav Connect and TeleNav Share, a pair of application programming interfaces available through the TeleNav Developer Platform.
The APIs enable developers to connect TeleNav's location-based services such as turn-by-turn directions and location sharing to their mobile and web applications.
The platform enables seamless navigation and location sharing across all major mobile operating systems on devices supported by the networks of TeleNav's US carrier partners.
These partners include AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, and US Cellular, as well as a limited number of devices on the Verizon network.
