Telstra has deployed the Comverse HUB Converged Messaging system, locally branded as MyConnect, to provide its subscribers with easier access to their messages.

With the deployment, Telstra subscribers can now get all their messages — voicemail, picture messages, text messages, email and multimedia communications — in one secure, integrated mailbox accessible from both mobile handset and desktop computer.

The converged Web-based messaging inbox contains all of a subscriber’s mobile, landline and email messages. Users can easily view, manage, compose and send the many kinds of messages from this one location, and an archive provides abundant room to store and organize messages.
