US firm picks Redknee for cloud-based converged billing

EcoMobile in the United States has engaged Redknee Solutions to subscribe to the latter’s cloud-based converged billing and customer care solution.

Redknee will support EcoMobile, operating on the Sprint network, with its fully managed, software-as-a-service offering.

The new deal adds to the growing number of operators who have selected Redknee’s solution in order to achieve the benefits of its flexible, scalable offering,

Redknee’s cloud-based converged billing and customer care solution offers fully virtualized platforms, enabling mobile network operators (MNOs) or mobile virtual network operators (MVNOs) to launch a new brand in a matter of weeks.

It provides mobile virtual network enablers (MVNEs) with an agile, flexible and modular suite of solutions on which to build a profitable wholesale business. Service providers can take control of the services and promotions they launch with a real-time billing, rating and charging with integrated policy, promotions, analytics and business intelligence.
