Dutch cable service provider Ziggo has picked the Amdocs OSS Suite to deliver a unified platform for resource and inventory management across all its business units. Building on an existing partnership, Ziggo will integrate the entire network with Amdocs OSS Suite for improved operational efficiency, reduced costs and decreased time to market for new services, Amdocs says.
By consolidating to Amdocs OSS, the cable operator aims to better serve its customers by automating business processes that will generate a consistent experience across multiple legacy systems. Ziggo manages 3.3 million households, 1.4 million broadband Internet customers, 900,000 digital TV users and 750,000 telephony subscribers.
