The Viettel Group will be using ZTEsoft’s ZSmart 8 iCS (intelligent charging solution) in a trial project aimed at developing data service plans for users in Vietnam.
The project is part of a joint effort by Viettel and ZTEsoft to offer improved user experience to consumers and optimize the marketing of new services.
Also, the Belarusian operator Minsk Television Information Networks chose the ZSmart cvBS solution for a comprehensive billing system upgrade project.
ZSmart cvBS will be deployed to manage payment-related functions including prepaid charging, post-paid billing, provisioning, mediation and settlement in Minsk Television’s main operations such as Cable TV and DSL.
