ZTE proves interoperability for DPoE

ZTE has completed the third interoperability test (IOT) event for Data Over Cable Service Interface Specification (DOCSIS) Provisioning of Ethernet Passive Optical Network (EPON), or DPoE technology.

Cable Television Laboratories (CableLabs) supervised the IOT, which demonstrated the technical feasibility of using DPoE technology in a multi-vendor environment.

The tests included registration, provisioning and operations support system interface (OSSI), and verified interoperability between a large selection of devices from multiple vendors, including DPoEONUandDPoE System solution platforms and chipsets.
