Premier Boxing Champions has officially announced two title fights that will headline an evening of boxing at MGM Grand Garden Arena on 15 June.
In the main event of the evening, regular WBA lightweight world champion Gervonta Davis will face Frank Martin.
In the co-main event of the tournament, Oleksandr Gvozdyk and David Benavidez will step into the ring to fight for the interim WBC light heavyweight title.
