
Formula 1 team principal Toto Wolff will miss the seventh race of the 2025 season, the Emilia-Romagna Grand Prix, which takes place at the home track of Mercedes driver Andrea Kimi Antonelli.
Wolff is traveling to the United States to attend his son’s graduation ceremony, as reported by Racingnews365.
During the Grand Prix in Imola, chief communications officer Bradley Lord will lead the team. He has previously taken on this role during the second race of the season in Japan when Wolff also missed the event.
The Emilia-Romagna Grand Prix is scheduled for May 16-18 and will be the first European round of the 2025 season.
Currently, Oscar Piastri from McLaren leads the drivers’ championship with 131 points, while McLaren sits at the top of the constructors' standings with 246 points.
