U.S. President Donald Trump announced that the original winner's trophy from the Club World Cup 2025 will now stand in his personal office.

They said, 'Could you hold this trophy for a little while?' We put it in the Oval Office. And then I said, 'When are you going to pick up the trophy?' He says, 'We're never going to pick it up. You can have it forever in the Oval Office. We're making a new one.'
Trump was present at the awards ceremony for Chelsea following their triumph in the 2025 Club World Cup, where he celebrated on stage with the team.
In the final match held in New York, Chelsea, led by Enzo Maresca, dominated Paris Saint-Germain with a score of 3-0.
