PSG has been discussing the deal to bring Porto Midfielder Vitinha for some time now and the talks have heated up now as PSG president Al-Khelaifi is going to meet Porto's president to discuss the terms of the deal. Porto is only going to part with Vitinha if they are awarded 40 million euros as per the release clause.
