PSG players, coaches and staff created a guard of honor for footballer Lionel Messi, who returned to training after the 2022 World Cup.

At the Qatar World Cup the 35-year-old Argentine scored seven goals and gave three assists to become the tournament's most valuable player and the world champion.

Earlier, the 35-year-old player returned to Paris after a 10-day vacation granted to him after the end of the Qatar World Cup. He held his first training session with the team after his return on January 4. PSG will play their next French Ligue 1 match on January 11 against Angers.
