Tusker FC and Harambee Stars striker Ryan Wesley Ogam has said he will not be drawn into any speculations about his future. The striker, who has been shining for Kenya at the Africa Nations Championship (CHAN) has been a figure of transfer rumour, especially with his current form.
Ogam has scored two match winning goals for Kenya at the tournament. He still has a year to run in his contract, but clubs are already circling around for his signature.
Speaking to Telecomasia.net, Ogam however says his head is only focused on the CHAN, but is wary that his future is a subject he needs to address soon.
Yeah I know that there is so much being said now, but I still remain to be a Tusker FC player. There have been rumours before, and there are even more at the moment, but it is not in my mind. My focus now is on the CHAN and doing well for the country. After this, I will look at everything that is there and a decision will be made. I definitely will get the best decision for my future.
His parents were photographed meeting the Gor Mahia FC deputy patron Eliud Owalo, sparking a huge debate on whether he would ditch Tusker for the record champions.
