The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has joined the investigation into a suspicious fight at UFC Fight Night 214 between American Darrick Minner and Chinese representative Shayilan Nuerdanbieke.

It was reported by the reputable edition of ESPN.

Recall, the confrontation between Minner and Shayilan lasted one minute and seven seconds. The American fighter suffered a leg injury and was unable to continue the fight.

Later, American journalists reported that a couple of hours before the fight an unnamed source, representing bookmakers' interests, reported that a large amount of money was bet on an early victory of the Chinese in the first round.

The incident is currently being investigated by Integrity, a non-governmental organization that specializes in analyzing sports betting. This organization works officially with the support of government departments.
