Honestly, I have to revisit the fight. I got somewhere I've never been before. It's cool to fight the number one ranked fighter. I've never been beaten like that before, and I was kind of shocked.
O'Malley defeated Yan by split decision.
O'Malley's previous fight was against Pedro Munhoz on the night of July 3 at UFC 276. That fight was stopped in the second round and was ruled a mistrial due to an accidental poke in the eye by O'Malley. He has 16 wins and one loss under his belt.
