The schedule for the third round of the Legends stage at the IEM Rio Major 2022 has been published on Liquipedia.
The main contenders for the next stage and for the elimination from the major were revealed on the first day in the format of best-of-1 meetings.
Heroic, FURIA Esports, BIG and Cloud9 will compete for the first slots in the Champions stage. The meetings will be held in a best-of-3 format and will begin at 4:30 p.m. GMT.
The elimination matches will start at the same time. FaZe Clan, Sprout, Ninjas in Pyjamas and Bad News Eagles will compete for the chance to play in the tournament a little longer.
The remaining teams will play best-of-1 matches for tournament points. The first meeting will be between Natus Vincere and Team Liquid. It starts at 2 p.m. GMT.
The Legends stage matches at the IEM Rio Major 2022 are played from 5 to 8 November. The teams are playing for playoff slots in the major.
