Normally Betway has been alright but today i deposited two amounts ( one of £11 and another of £10 ) both have been taken out of my bank account yet not even in my betway account. Tried to get his sorted but the bloke on live chat was an absolute melt, i may as well have been talking to a chimp in all honesty. Sacking Betway off now they've changed their payment system as i can see others have had the same problem. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE.

Regret signing up to Betway. I deposited with them was playing a slot and they kicked me out blocked my account and requested documentation, so I sent them what they requested and I am still waiting 24 hrs later and still locked out of my account with funds in it. I contacted support and waiting over 30 mins for them to talk to me and still nothing resolved

Never fail to disappoint. One thing after another. Long term customer, going to move elsewhere. Made a deposit of £50, taken the funds from my bank and not applied it to my account. Was told it was a failed deposit and would bounce back in 24 hours. 72 hours later still not received. Customer support is useless, no one helps on live chat, get told a different story every time. Then receive a text today, apologising for the delay with my deposit. What’s going on, I thought the deposit failed and would be coming back into my bank? Utterly useless

My experience is that after logging in and making a few deposits, it appears that one of those deposits doesnt load up and goes missing for 4/5 days then appears back in your account. This doesnt show on your betway transactions but that payment has been taken by betway from your bank account. Getting sick of it now and coming away from them. You just cannot contact these people.

They locked my account and won't unlock it unless I take a phone call with them. They continuously tell me they are calling me and they are not. I've had successful withdrawals before so this isn't the issue. They claim that I spent too much time on the website, even though I spent less than $1,000. It's my time, my money, my day off... So now I have money left in the account, and they haven't called me ONCE. When I message them and complained they said that they could work through it with email and I never got the email either. I did wait a couple of months to see if they would just deposit the money back in my account but I guess that's the money down the toilet. Worse than 888 and Leo Vegas combined.
