Never had a problem with betway. All of a sudden I decided to put 50$ into my account, it left my bank account and never got deposited, I deposited another 10$ just to see if I would receive the money or it’ll disappear like my 50$ but nope I got my 10$ instantly and my 50$ is no where to be found. I tried doing help and supper but their system is so bad no matter what you say the chat ends with zero conclusion to you problem, stay away from this app

withheld my withdrawals for 7 days. Told I was being reviewed since 6 days ago. Support told me review is done and i am fully verified today. However withdrawals are still on hold.

Won £120 and have been told it won't go onto my card that I deposit with. Yet my last withdrawal went in no problem. Out of all my 8 betting apps I have, this 1 is the only 1 I have a problem with. And to top it off you can't actually speak to anyone to rectify the issue. Live chat is OK and polite but not very helpful when you need things to happen. People shouldn't need to fight for their winnings. People get a nice feeling when they win and loose it when they realise the effort needed to actually get the cash.

received an email asking me to withdrawal funds on a old account due to self exclusion. emails just bounce back phone numbers not active. Cannot log in no idea of old username etc this does not make any sense.

Really hard to contact anyone. Trying to withdraw winnings. Money has been locked as basically pending for a while. Managed to get through to online agent after trying for ages. Told they'd email when they find out what is taking so long. Heard nothing and withdrawals still pending.

Very worst service, really disappoint, my 2,000/- withdrawal amount is pending since long, I did that on 2nd August, and they said you get your amount within seven business days and it's more than 10 time I have contact to their support, every time they ask me to wait. Scum. Their free daily spins will not always give you the free prizes you win which lead players into accidently using their own money. They then ask for proof that you actually won the prizes and they keep no record of it so you actually have to record the whole thing in advance to have proof. Some of their "bonus" money have a ton of requirements within a short period or they can take it from you and will also take a percentage of your winnings during the period you had their "bonus" money because they say they have the right to do so in their terms and conditions.
