Dreadful - pull you in with a deposit and get free spins, never get the free spins! Soft credt check was done after they said they had to verify me, then emailed me to say yes they wer egiving me *** spins, completely different to what was offered. Two months on and heap of emails then they wasted my time on live chat having complained in detail on the chat and stated i wanted to close account they just kepe askign dumb questions - 'Firstly, may I ask the reason why you want to delete your account with us? We are always looking to improve our services and so would love some feedback on how you feel we could improve. Yes that is as maybe, account closure. Clearly you cannot read or do not care, think it is the latter as i have already told you! Do they get paid by the letteers they type or the amount of time on a call? Avoid at all costs, wish i'd read the reviews here first! Then had the cheek to email me telling me my account was temporarily closed and (first apology coming) I am sorry Mr Green wasn't for you, you will be missed but we wish you the best of luck for the future!

I do enjoy the layout of the site. It isn’t particularly glitchy and it has a good range of slots. The issue I have is being charged to make a withdrawal. I don’t know how they justify that. It doesn’t cost anything at all to make a bank transfer. Just seems greedy.

Honestly I've never had as much trouble as I have with MrGreen. For every single promotion I have to write to the customer service in order to receive my bonus, otherwise I would not receive it. And now I have a case already for a month, and everytime I write them, they say they will pass it on for the relevant department. Horrible team working there, honestly the promotions and the customer service cant be compaired to other websites.

Dont waste your money! You will get burned! I got ripped off twice from mr. green. i was playing good girl bad girl. I wont the bonus at $2.00, once it switched from the main games to the bonus it gave me an error message. I contacted customer service and they said ir was on my end and to clear my cache and try other devices. Well 25 different devices and 10 customer service inquiries and my issues expidited to the slot technical dept. I am being told the same thing over and over. They will email you back when they get to your inquiry. That was 4 months ago.... i spend thousands a month on gambling.... money that will not be spent there until i get reimbursed. And the 2nd issue was when i opted into one ongoing bonus where you win $100 and you get 30 seconds of free spinning time. I even had the counter to show how much i had to playthrough... denied! Said i wasnt eligible. Even tho i wasn't in any other bonuses. And

Open account in January 2021 and all was going smoothly tell I won 29k in may 2021 and tried to withdraw it. The same night I got a email asking me to verify my account. I then upload the information they asked me to upload. The next day I get a email asking for a up to date ID. I replied to this saying it will take me 3 week to get this and got no reply.14day after my withdrawal request Mr green returned my found to my account say they haven't received the requested documentation in time. I tried to withdraw this money again but my account was restricted from this. I did end up losing all this money by gambling it away and also deposit more money. I did contact the customer service ask why my account was not restricted from betting and depositing but was from withdrawals. As I found on there website saying the following ( If you are a UK resident you might have been asked to verify your account, please note that as per UK license rules we are required to temporarily restrict your account from being used to deposit, withdrawal and place bets until we have been able to verify your identity. ) And If I am reading this right I shouldn't have been able to bet the money that was returned to me as my account was not verified fully. They then started to quoting there terms and conditions under Verification check saying. ( until such time as the relevant Checks are completed to our reasonable satisfaction, and any requested information has been provided, we are entitled to restrict your Player Account in any manner that we may reasonably deem appropriate, including by preventing you from placing any bets or wagers, or from withdrawing your funds, until the Checks are completed satisfactorily. ) Witch contradict the UK license rule. I am a UK playerI have also found other stuff witch I believe Mr green didn't follow under 17.1.1 - Customer identity verification in the gambling commission saying( Licensees must obtain and verify information in order to establish the identity of a customer before that customer is permitted to gamble. Information must include, but is not restricted to, the customer’s name, address and date of birth. A request made by a customer to withdraw funds from their account must not result in a requirement for additional information to be supplied as a condition of withdrawal if the licensee could have reasonably requested that information earlier. This requirement does not prevent a licensee from seeking information on the customer which they must obtain at that time due to any other legal obligation. Before permitting a customer to deposit funds, licensees should inform customers what types of identity documents or other information the licensee may need the customer to provide, the circumstances in which such information might be required, and the form and manner in which such information should be provided. Licensees must take reasonable steps to ensure that the information they hold on a customer’s identity remains accurate. )So if you look back they had between January and may to ask for it in that time I must have deposited 5k and withdrawn 6k with no problem. But the minute I did that 29k withdrawal they want to verify my account I dunno if I am in the wrong or they are but that my review off them and they have also blocked my account without saying why

Shocking behavior had an account about 6 month was fine and all good wile depositing (not small amounts) then i hit a nice win on slots when tried withdraw the money they closed the Acountant and blocked me with no reason why tried contacting customer support 20 tomes in 5 weeks and get the same answer that they cant do anything about it and there higher management will be in-touch vie email and ive just got to wait

Starting betting on this site, added money but then couldn’t bet on anything kept saying stake to high even though i tried all the way down to £1 and still nothing, and they charge to withdraw money despite being unable to bet, customer services are beyond useless. Massive scam.
