Stay away from this site i had a win on the 13th of Sept. I have uploaded all the documents and have used the help chat many times they are still refusing to pay i have made deposits since they have no problem taking the money but if u have a win you havent got a hope of getting it

Awful. Haven't been on the site for months, if not maybe a year. I have a new card, no option anywhere in the deposit section to add a new card, so I went on chat only to be asked "May I ask why you don't use your old card? " Bit personal I thought, but ok, so I explained why. Also explained it's to the same bank, no worries I thought. Anyway, I was promptly told until I can prove that I have a new card & show doc's, statements etc I can't add it/play on site. Absolute joke, nowhere have I ever known this, never. What online casino these day's doesn't have a "add new card" option! S'okay, just won't ever be back - problem solved lol!

I had an awful experience with this pathetic company. There complaints advisors were poor and didn't resolve my complaint and one bet I put on took approx 25 minutes to be placed after being referred to their traders absolutely disgusting service, worst bookmaker experience I have ever experienced.

Be careful, they suggest you get a free bet bonus but if you withdraw any winnings you loose it

Don't even bother. They reel you in let you win a bit then when things go wrong and you question anything they freeze your account.
