Making deposits using a few options is free. Also, deposits are instant except for bank transfers which may take 3-5 working days.
Most of them have a minimum deposit limit of $10, except for Neteller and Skrill that now accepts deposits as low as $5.

The withdrawal limit is $10 dollars except for bank transfers, Trustly and PayPal with a limit of $20, $40 and $5 respectively.
