Worst site out there. Games are properly rigge. Game play isn't enjoyable at all. Cause with these you know. Casino wins. Really bad pay outs. So far I lost couple of thousands here. Wouldn't recommend this fraud at all.

I tried to register with this firm yesterday( 30/8/21 ) for the first time and was told I already had an account with them which was not true. He had some of my details on an account under a different email address and obviously I wanted to know how they had received these details as somebody had passed them onto Unibet but certainly not me. I needed to know when this account was opened HE WOULD NOT TELL ME!. He suggested I should contact my Bank but what good would that do if I did not know when the account was opened?. Our conversation lasted for 2 hours in which time he gave no explanation whatsoever as to how they had an account listed in my name, which is fraud. I am 71 years of age and never ever experienced such a useless operative as I encountered who was going off the chat line for ages obviously taking advice from someone else after the points I had raised with him before coming back with an answer. As the answers were not addressing my questions I asked to speak to his supervisor or senior member of staff but he refused to put anybody else on the chat line. I asked the operative to forward a transcript of our conversation to my email address and he said he definitely would do so but I am still waiting so it looks like I am going to have to take the matter further. However, if this is the way Unibet operate I am pleased I was unable to register with them.

deposit £400 and been unable to gamble it or get it refunded for 3 months now, just heard from them and they now want 3 months of bank statements from 6 months prior to me even depositing and joining them - avoid them at all costs

Worst bookmaker I've ever encountered by a large margin! They will close your account for daring not to wager all the money you deposit instead of giving it all to them! Daring to withdraw any winnings or any money not wagered you've deposited will come with a warning, and after that... they close your account! Pathetic! Never known anything like it! And you then have support people coming out with the biggest load of garbage that doesn't make sense! I hope they go bankrupt! Desperate for money! Imbeciles! They also have the worst offers I've ever encountered as well! Avoid!

terrible website, constantly lagging so its very slow loading pages, forever lagging out altogether meaning you cant access the site and worst part is somehow the games dont actually pay very well, they are the dryest games ive known and when you do get a bonus every bonus is tiny. also no change to bonus/rewards they are still all totall irrelevant sports bettings bonuses so not sure why they are showing me ive only every played slots for the last few years here. They became intrusive when I won à few bets. When opening an account all verification was done and I thought that was it. Recently I had a few wins on another site and subsequently increased my betting with Unibet. I won a little and could happily explain my transactions. They wanted bank statements, photos of my bank cards, front and back etc. They made me feel like a fraudster. I refused to share bank statements and images of the reverse of my card for the facts that I thought it intrusive and my own security. They deemed this as a refusal and wanted to close my account. The only reason it is still open now is because I have an ante post bet on the football. I am beginning to think that the high street bookmakers are making a rash decision by closing their branches. They are not intrusive and you can just go in and place your bet. Online bookmakers make up their own rules and hide behind the statement of it being.... gambling regulations. Sounds slightly pathetic when you hear it churned out again and again.
