What an earth is going on with Unibet casino right now. In the past it’s been quite decent and fair when it comes to playing slots but these past 2 weeks it’s literally becoming an impossible task to bonus anything. I’ve made 5 deposits and had 2 bonuses from the same slot. I’ve tried multiple slots even the ones like wild north that are easy to bonus just to see if it was just me but again, no bonus. The RNG is surly off here and something isn’t quite right at the moment. Anyone having the same problem? Tried to withdraw some money checked the next day and was still under review so did a live chat and was told it will be done on Monday as no one can do it on a Sunday spoke to someone Monday afternoon who then told me they required documents and still wasn’t dont on Tuesday after sending documents and was told it could take up to another 72 hours to review documents DONT USE THEM

They took my money I just deposited - closed my account without any reason and laughed on the phone when I tried to get my account opened - it had been open under 5 minutes I hadn’t bet on anything and they closed it. Horrendous company DO NOT USE!

These Evolution Roulette dealers has cheating all the time, because they are not starting throwing the ball from the point where it felled. But always throwing the ball more then 5 numbers further or lesser, which is against the international roulette dealers guidelines. Why they are still cheating while they can make more money without cheating so more people can trust them And eventhough they are listed at stocks exchange. Signed up to an account via app. Immediately received an email telling me my account was locked, when I tried to verify the app said I was "good to go" and there was no way to provide documentation. Contacted customer services who, rather than offer the opportunity to verify my identity or otherwise solve the problem, informed me my account has been permanently closed and I'm barred from opening an account with them in the future, with (as I see others on here also received) a vague reference to their T&Cs which state they can close accounts for several reasons - fine, but they didn't actually tell me the reason. Misspelled my name in the response. Thankfully never actually got the chance to make a deposit so at least they won't be getting any of my money. Complete waste of time.
