The Red Bull are failing. Their main hope, Max Verstappen, failed to reach the finish line in two races out of three this season. This is why the World Constructors' Championship is in full chaos now. The Bulls are 49 points behind Ferrari, and if this weekend the Dutch driver does not finish the race again, they can not count on first place in the team standings.
Verstappen's two DNFs have affected not only the Bulls, but certainly himself. The Dutchman is doing very, very poorly in the individual standings. For three races he earned only 25 points, as a result being only the sixth, 46 points behind the leading Leclerc. So whether Verstappen will be able to defend his championship this season is a big question.
Definitely, Leclerc has his best season, however, let's not make any predictions yet. Now the Monegasque has three podiums, two of them victories. Thus, Ferrari breaks into the leaders of the Championship with a very comfortable advantage over the second Mercedes.
In qualifying and sprint qualifying Max Verstappen posted the best times of 1:27.999 and 30:39.567. Meanwhile, Leclerc was second. Note that the races were not held in the most comfortable conditions – rain and strong wind, and on Sunday the weather conditions will not be any better.
"It was very tricky, especially on the slicks. There were quite a lot of wet patches, so it was all about putting the laps in and waiting for Q3 to put everything together. This is why it's even more frustrating for me."

Expert Betting Tips
Charles Leclerc is the favorite for the race, and it's clear why. The Monegasque has started this season very confidently, and he's definitely not going to stop there. Though he was behind Verstappen in both qualifications, Leclerc can easily impose a fight on the Dutchman. All in all, we suggest betting on Leclair's third win this season for excellent odds.
