Tecnotree said it has successfully deployed Tecnotree’s Agility Convergent Billing Solution (CBS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform to a leading operator in Afghanistan.

The CBS and CRM platform will power more than 10 million prepaid and 64,000 postpaid subscribers.

The new converged billing system will enable the operator to enhance the loyalty of its postpaid subscribers and build a sustainable competitive advantage by offering added value.

The system includes a unique hybrid feature that enables subscribers to switch to prepaid subscriptions at any time, as well as offering prepaid promotions and offers.

“Customer experience management (CEM) is an increasing priority for operators worldwide, and in order to remain competitive, it has never been more important to ensure that the customer remains at the center of all business decisions,” said Padma Ravichander of CEO, Tecnotree.

“With this deployment, we’re pleased to continue to help our customers in the Asia-Pacific region achieve a strong value proposition by providing subscribers with the flexible, personalized and enhanced experiences they demand,” said Ravichander.
