Seems to be a feeder for the casino, even the poker promotions are free spins which seems morally inappropriate as the site likes to go on about being beginner friendly. There seems to be very mercenary regulars, I'm not saying they are team playing but they are absolutely leaving the tables momentarily after winning then returning with minimum buy in. This is an Update to my previous review. Is now 2nd July, after several times chatting to online customer service and requested call back from a manager I had call back on 26th from manager and she told me that my sorce of income would be good if I could upload the same statement from the bank I use to gamble with. Bear in mind you can only upload one document so I asked her to delete the other bank statment so I can upload the one she requests so she did and I uploaded it and she said yes now everything is fine the verification team will confirm it shortly. Shourtly enough is 2nd today and week passed and documents still there waiting. Called up and spoke to Christine (Apple and Banana most been busy this time) so was Christines turn. She checked and she said: yea but only have been a week since you last uploaded the last document.... yes love you are right but the documents been waiting since 19th June. So otherwise a week for them to do 3 clicks is not enough time. I checked the total deposit and withdrawal since I joined Unibet and total was £64.000 (£18.000 in red). I am now looking for solicitors that deals with such kind of issues and planning to take them to court so any referral or an opinion please do come forward I would much appreciate it.
