I was doing the bet club they offer and after completing the offer I had my account restricted for some unknown reason and they won't give me the free bet I earned. Just started playing today on slots. I deposited £10 and got the welcome bonus. I ended up cancelling the bonus as I won £140. I withdrew £110 and it was in my bank within about 5 mins. My brother is disabled with Parkinson's Disease and so I helped him set up he's account. However after placing a first bet they then blocked he's account asking for proof of identity. Passport, Utility Bill or similar. Fine no problem. However they then also wanted the debit card back and front and will not let us remove excess numbers from the card they want more of the numbers. When they were told he would not do this, they told me they won't accept he's account, best part of it at the moment they are refusing to return he's money deposited if they don't get the credit card how they want it sent! I have told them to return the money to the card from which it was taken and they are still refusing to do so. I will be looking further into this tomorrow and taking things a whole new level. In this instance they are trying to steal money that does not belong to them since refusing to return it even though we have told them they will not be being used and to close the account! Not sure if I could contact the bank for a charge back or would that be only credit card? And again would they since Unibet let him place a bet from the money first deposited before blocking;. If anyone has any sence stay as far away from Unibet as possible.

Don't deposit large amounts into Unibet! This is now day 5 in the verification process. It says it can take up to 72 hours. I deposited £3700. The account is frozen. They have verified the account but I still cannot get access to the funds. A complete joke. These guys are crooks!

Unibet should be renamed. Beware do not join they asked me for everything under the sun for verification. Once verified after 12 days they decide they need to review my account for responsible gambling. During which time I can not withdraw. Bear in mind I only made one deposit with this rubbish company.
