awful company... only good thing is visa debit withdrawls get processed withing 2 minutes. now i can't deposit, it take me to my bank security check asking me for a one time password, that does not arrive until 4 hours later and it has expired. bonuses are a scam... bet £10 on casino and get £40 in free casino bets.... free bets winning will only be released when you wager £50,000 with a combination of sport and casino bets.

I contacted them 4 times by chat and every time they say: sorry about that, we have escalated the isue but still nothing done about it. Now is 27th and still waiting. The couple good reviews most be put from staff or someone they paid as no way they will pay you before you get verified your account as one of the reviews says and all them good words. Yes they were good on bank transfers and withdrawal but when you open account it will take few days to be verified yet to play. Can't understand some of these reviews. I joined Sunday, added all my details, deposited won and money was in bank next day, deposited won again and money in bank next day, won 4 times and no problem what so ever, cannot fault them. I am furious, this site was recommended to me, and I deposit £50 and won £20, and suddenly my account has been blocked without no notification, as soon as I want to withdraw. I don't understand, this is fraud at its highest.

I opened a unibet account and deposited some money. I identified myself using iBIN. I made a small profit, and after 10 days I tried to withdraw part of my profit. At that point they bloacked my account saying that I needed to identify myself again, and suddenly there was no other way to do that besides uploading a copy from my ID (which I was not willing to do). They didn't want to give back my money and they didn't try to find a proper solution.
