A complete shower of shysters who will take your deposit no problem, but try to withdraw and be prepared for MAJOR problems I am not even joking when I say that i thought I was going to be asked for blood and a DNA check. They will make you backflip through hoops and reject every document you send them, giving some totally spurious reason for doing so You have to threaten legal action to to get anywhere. Customer service qualification must be an NVQ in utter stupidity. Avoid at all costs if you value your sanity and your hard earned cash.

So I signed up for the welcome offer, deposited and placed a £10 qualifying bet. That bet was settled and they awarded 2 of my 3, free bets (I was still awaiting my casino free bet), no hassle so far. I then placed my £20 free bet on the Netherlands game last night, and 20 minutes into the match they decided to close my account with absolutely no reason given. I don't understand how it's legal that I signed up, placed a qualifying bet of my own money in good faith and they close my account before they even let me use the free bets I rightfully earned. I tried Live Chat, the gentleman on there was incredibly blunt and rude. When asked why I can't log in I was told "Unfortunately your account has been permanently closed by our security department, apologies for any disappointment", to which I queried this, stating I had done nothing wrong to which he replied "Unfortunately we are not advised to the reason why I'm afraid. However, Unibet reserve the right to close or block accounts at their discretion, apologies again". He basically stated he knows I've done nothing wrong and kept reiterating they can basically do what they want. I've used several betting companies and never has anything like this ever happened. They're complete fraudsters, an absolute disgrace. No doubt if I'd have put more of my own money in and my bets were lost instead of won, they'd have no problem leaving my account open. SO PLEASE IF YOU'RE READING THIS, AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. I DIDN'T THINK A COMPANY COULD BE THIS DISGRACEFUL, BUT NOW I KNOW.

Can't say anything good about this site. Played few times and after long time I decided to try it once more maybe I will change my opinion. And I actually did change from bad to even worse. Games are rigged that is hard to even play normally and it's not a pleasure to watch being robbed. I don't recommend that site and not planning to play on this site ever again.

Opened an account - submitted all docs, same day they email me saying the account was suspended in relationship with T&C. Contacted CS as I really wanted to find out which T&C I violated, that they decided to close my account. I initially thought there is something wrong with my docs, but no - they were all good. CS then send me an A4 page with some T&C to read, copy and pasted, without clarifying which of the T&C. Time wasters!

Yesterday I won on roulette. My nummer hit big time... And then there's some bs going on. They took my bet and never paid me the 550$ NEver again! Scam scam scam casino.

Closed my account and kept my money. I opened an account with the company and placed a £40 bet. They closed my account automatically. I got in touch with live support and asked why. They didn't give me a reason. They said they'd honour my bet if it won. I explained that I didn't wish to keep the bet as they're refusing my service and I'm not able to cash out if needed. They said they won't send my money back. This is literal theft. They're happy to keep the money if the bet loses! avoid at all costs. Pathetic.
