He showed much better results in New York: two 3-0 victories over Delbonis and Carballés Baena. However, it was just a lucky draw. Delbonis is not a hard player to beat at all, and Carballés Baena is just No.95 in the world.

Harris is about to show his best. At the tournament in Dubai, the South African made it to the final, knocking out Shapovalov himself. The Canadian has two wins-to-nil in New York, but Denis has yet to face a really strong opponent at the American Majors. Bookmakers do not underestimate Lloyd, Shapovalov is just higher in status and rating than his opponent. However, Harris seems to have a good chance to beat Shapovalov for the second time this year and in his career to make it to the third round of the final Grand Slam tournament of the year, and we should expect this match to be quite long.
